"Today Barry Sr came to my house and solved my problems. But that’s not the whole story. It starts with your web site. Your banner about non commission sales is a key element to our success at the company that I work for and I was delighted to see you promote the concept. From there my call into your office was very well serviced with a friendly and efficient Nikol. I actually had to reschedule this call twice and each time it was done with pleasure and ease. Forward to Barry Sr's call today. He arrived ahead of schedule as I had left it open to "as soon as he can get here". He arrived in a spotless van that tells your story well. His demeanor at introduction was that he was clearly here just to help any way he could. After a bit of diagnosis he prescribed and executed a repair quicker than I expected and with a quality of work that makes me proud to say that I am an old "installer" from way back and I know a well done wiring job when I see it. Barry went out of his way to go to Home Depot to pick up parts that he needed and the final bill was exactly as his estimate to me indicated that it would be. From there he went on to quickly and easily finalize the billing with your very well done iPad application that continued to add to the high level of professionalism that was at work. I lead a $1.5B global sales team and I am here to tell you that I have told this story 6 times today and I will continue to tell it as I head to China next week. I was also duly impressed by the email that I received the day before that introduced Barry Sr to me and gave me contact info for you service manager.
You guys ROCK!
Feel free to use my story in any way you choose. I will be telling the TAP and Sons story for years to come. Hopefully I won't have a need for Barry soon, but as we are selling this home and buying a new one I know that the new one will need some of his help.
Barry indicated that Parker Bros is your peer when it comes to AC and Plumbing. His word is all that I need on that front so they will also benefit from what TAP has done.
Thank you so much for being what your are.... the best!"

"From the moment we first purchased a "group on" w/ this company it has been a pleasure to work w/ them. Their responsiveness is top notch. There was also a pre-visit call from John (If I remember his name correctly) to double check on the color of parts for a exterior light installation. As scheduled, Bill, the technician called to alert me that he was enroute and about 20 minutes away. When he arrived he had remembered me from a previous visit and we discussed options. He went into the attic (egads during the triple digit weather) and ran the line as promised. He also was able to fill in a drywall hole (fairly small mind you) that I was concerned about that I would have to hire a drywall professional. Bill was the consumate professional and will continue to use Tap & Sons for that reason. I would recommend Tap & Sons for their fair prices, prompt response and scheduling and quality installation."

"I contacted Tap and Sons on Monday morning and was able to have the work done on Wednesday morning. Bill, our electrician, arrived at the promised time, surveyed the situation and made a couple of suggestions as to how the project could be completed. I chose my preferred option and he got right to work. Bill considered the aesthetics of the job and chose the least intrusive method of wiring so as to be as visually pleasing as possible. He was pleasant and enjoyable to have here during the completion of what was no doubt an unpleasant task involving several trips into a hot attic and considerable time using a jack hammer to bore through the brick wall. He was knowledgeable and competent. This is the second time I have used this company and can highly recommend them for electrical work."

"I bought the coupons for $100 for two hours of work. I also bought parts for another $20. They were very good. I would recommend this company to others. I will use them in the future."

"I contacted Tap & Sons, spoke with Tom (I believe he is the owner). Explained that I believed our 220 breaker panel had failed. Tom asked several questions and reviewed requested photos (via text messaging) of breaker panel etal., made a preliminary conclusion as to services needed. The next morning, the electrician arrived before scheduled (a welcomed surprise!). He was very organized, professional, and worked diligently in the sizzling hot temps for several hours. Once the repairs/replacement was completed, he inspected both breaker panels to ensure within code and ready for safe operation. The electrician also cleaned up his work area, so there was absolutely no evidence he had even been here except for the new breaker box! Not only was Tap & Sons very prompt, their cost estimate was spot-on. Another issue was discovered that increased the cost a bit, but this was through no fault of theirs. Simply one of those issues that arise during the course of work. I had spoken with another electrical company who charged a trip charge and hourly rate plus cost of materials. All told, the total charges would have been approximately $3,250.00. I’m confident that Tap & Sons provided the best product and services for the right price, and for almost $1,300.00 less that other estimates."

"Bill arrived right on time. He listened to our problem and let us explain what we had done to try to solve our electrical issue. Then he said what he was going to do. He found the problem within 30 min and had it fixed and was gone in 40 min! It was worth the hour troubleshooting payment that we paid!!He also explained what could have caused the issue for our information. Thanks TAP electric!!"

"I had purchased the Angie’s Deal for two hours of labor for $99.00. The electrician finished the work within this time and was very efficient and helpful, finding the least expensive way to do the work needed. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them for any electrical work in the future and will recommend them to friends."

"The friendly receptioist at Tap and Sons was able to schedule my service within 72 hours. Technician called before coming by and arrived when he was scheduled to. I showed him what work I wanted done and gave him the replacement fixtures I had purchased. An hour later I had a new door bell, front porch light, and several small outlets repaired. He cleaned up any mess, made sure everything worked, and ensured everything was done in accordance with my instructions. Fast, friendly, affordable, work done right. What’s not to like about that? If I need electrical work done in the future Tap and Sons is the ones I’ll call first."

"I purchased the Angie’s List "Big Deal" (2 hours of electrical work for $99). I recently purchased a house and my home inspector identified several electrical issues including several outlets not working, double tap wiring to a circuit and the GFCI outlets not functioning in the kitchen. The repair man was scheduled to arrive between 9am-11am. I received a call about 8:45 and he was on his way. He arrived before 9am. He reviewed the list of inspection issues and started working. He installed an additional circuit breaker ($35) in the box to correct the double tap problem (2 wires running to one circuit). He had to replace a broken GFCI outlet ($55) in the kitchen. He tested all the outlets that weren’t functioning during my inspection. They were all functioning properly...I’m guessing the inspector forgot to turn on all the circuit breakers during his inspection. He fixed everything in around an hour and a half, so technically I lost out on 1/2 hour since I paid for 2 hours but no big deal. I knew there would be extra charges for parts, so the extra $100 (tax included) was fine with me. Overall, very happy with my experience. the repairman really explained everything he was doing and answered every question I asked him. I left the receipt at work and can’t remember his name (sorry!) I would call them again if I have any electrical issues in the future."

"Our garage door and security alarm system stopped working so I figured it had to be something electrical. I looked on Angie’s list to find an electrician. Tap and Sons had a special deal for 2 hours of electrical work for $99.00 so I bought it. Not only did Troy fix the problem, he also changed some nonfunctioning switches that we just learned to live with. I will recommend your company to my friends. I'm as happy as a clam to be able to park in my garage."
- Jennifer, Scottsdale, AZ
"Better than I could have hoped! Electrician was able to fish through the ceiling and connect to an electrical source WITHOUT any excess fishing holes. He really tried to keep the job simple and had the tools and ability to do so - which made him efficient on time and damage! I will definitely refer them out!"
- Shelly, Scottsdale, AZ
"I bought a stove that I could not plug in because I did not have the correct outlet. The technician, John Graff, arrived on time and began work immediately. He had to leave to get a part he did not have in his truck but he did not charge me for it. He came right back and fixed everything. This company does not charge for service calls or travel time. I will definitely use them again , especially if they send John back."
